Brad Zucker, CFA, CAIA, Director, is a Product Consultant for BlackRock's U.S. Wealth Advisory (USWA) ETF & Index Investments business. Mr. Zucker provides subject matter expertise on the full range of iShares ETFs.

Mr. Zucker joined BlackRock in 2016. Previously, he was a Senior Product Manager at FTSE Russell, where he led Smart Beta thought leadership and product strategy.

Mr. Zucker earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Dean's honors, and is currently enrolled in Columbia University's MS in Applied Analytics program. Mr. Prince's service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. At BGI, Mr. Prince was a Senior Strategist for the US iShares Sales Strategy team. Prior to joining BGI, Mr. Prince was a Senior Analyst at Wilshire Associates.

Previously, Mr. Spiegel led retail distribution strategy in BlackRock's US and Canada Defined Contribution group, managing strategic relationships, custom product builds as well as advisor-sold and platform sales strategy.

Mr. Spiegel's service with the firm dates back to 2013. Sean Murphy, CFA, Vice President, is an iShares Product Consultant for BlackRock. He is responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating a broad range of investment solutions and delivering these insights to internal partners, as well as to end clients.

His service with the firm dates back to 2014. Before his current role, Sean was an iShares Investment Management Associate, where he helped educate financial advisors on the application and benefits of using iShares ETFs. Partnering with an Investment Management Consultant, his team focused on ETF sales for Merrill Lynch advisors across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Sean spent 12 years at Citi. The bulk of that time was spent as an Equity Sales Trader, specializing in the execution of ETFs and international equities for both financial advisors as well as institutions.

Sean graduated from Fordham University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. He subsequently received his MBA from Fordham's Gabelli School of Business with a concentration in Corporate Finance.

Tanvi Pradhan, Vice President, is on the product strategy team for US iShares Sustainable ETFs, with a focus on education, content, and distribution. Before joining BlackRock, she led ESG and impact research, integration, and reporting for institutions and high net worth clients for Royal Bank of Canada's SRI Wealth Management Group. Prior to RBC, Tanvi worked with the SF State University Foundation, where she advanced portfolio decarbonization by developing a model to assess carbon footprint for equity portfolios. Tanvi started her career as a trader in the Prime Services division at Barclays Investment Bank in Hong Kong.

Tanvi has a Bachelor's degree with distinction in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from University of Pune, India. She earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India. Tanvi earned a second MBA from the San Francisco State University, U.S.A., upon taking courses in sustainable business and graduated with the Beta Gamma Sigma international honor. She was a top-10 global finalist at the Morgan Stanley Sustainable Investing Challenge in 2015, and an SRI Scholarship Winner at the SRI Conference in 2016.
