Aron Levine
Head of Consumer Banking & Investments

Aron Levine leads a team of more than 40,000 employees responsible for helping with the financial needs of Bank of America's Consumer Banking clients. Aron and his leadership team are focused on ensuring the organization provides an industry-leading client experience, including building and developing talent to effectively deliver solutions based on clients' priorities and helping to drive responsible growth through effective risk management.

In addition, Aron leads the Consumer Investments group, which helps clients pursue their financial goals by seamlessly providing access to the investment insights of Merrill and the banking convenience of Bank of America. This integration enables clients to view and manage their Bank of America banking and Merrill investment accounts with a single sign on through advanced online and mobile platforms. Clients can also connect with licensed Merrill Financial Solutions Advisors, either in select financial center locations, select Merrill offices, or over the phone.

The team, located across approximately 4,300 Bank of America financial centers and six call centers, offers insights to clients on a wide range of financial solutions designed to support their banking, lending, small business and investment planning needs.

Aron joined the company through Fleet Financial group in 1993 and has held leadership roles in Commercial Real Estate Banking, Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and Global Wealth Management.

He proudly serves as a Board Member of both the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta and Horizons Atlanta.

Aron graduated from the University of Rochester with a degree in both Economics and History.

David Poole
Consumer Investments Solutions & Client Services Executive

David Poole leads the Consumer Investments Solutions & Client Services team in Bank of America Corporation's Merrill division. In this role, David and his leadership team are responsible for delivering a high-tech and high touch client experience.

The team is focused on ensuring Merrill's Self-Directed and Guided Investing offerings, critical components of Merrill's full wealth management continuum, are designed based on clients' needs and are supported by innovative platforms, tools and educational resources.

David leads a team of over 3000 associates, including phone-based Merrill Financial Solutions Advisors, focused on helping clients pursue their financial goals and delivering an exceptional experience across all delivery channels. David is also responsible for helping to ensure a culture of strong risk management via oversight of Business Supervision and Controls.

Prior to joining Bank of America in 2013, David held various senior leadership roles across sales and service at E*Trade over a 14 year period. His most recent role at E*Trade was Vice President of Customer Service where he led all domestic and international service, quality assurance, service to sales, and workforce management groups. He also served as the enterprise client experience lead.

David holds an MBA degree from University of Georgia as well as a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree. He received a Certificate of Financial Planning from Florida State University and holds Series 7, 63, 24, and 4 FINRA registrations.

David proudly serves on the board of directors for Hubbard House, a domestic violence center and community-based intervention program based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Rob DeJesus
Head of Merrill Edge Sales & GWIM Integration

Rob DeJesus, Head of Merrill Edge Sales & GWIM Integration, is responsible for Merrill Edge's online investing and trading platform, self-directed sales and relationship management.

Rob and his team are focused on driving acquisition, deepening relationships and educating clients on the breadth of Bank of America banking and Merrill Edge investing solutions.

Rob joined Merrill Edge from Citi in 2011, where he spent five years and was director of the National Investment Center including the design, build out, and management of daily operations. Prior to joining Citi, Rob spent 12 years at TD Ameritrade, where he held positions across sales, service, operations, risk, and strategic initiatives.

Rob holds Series 7, 63, 65, 24, 9 and 10 FINRA registrations.

Teron Douglas
Head of Merrill Edge Digital Capabilities

Teron leads the team responsible for the Merrill Edge digital channels and investing capabilities, with a goal of creating the most engaging, empowering, and streamlined digital investing and trading experiences in the industry. He and his team focus on the continued development of the Merrill Edge online and mobile client experiences, trading and investing capabilities, as well as the associate platforms and tools to help ensure we provide the best possible client experience regardless of the client's channel preference.

Teron joined Merrill Edge from E*TRADE in 2015, where he was Senior Vice President and COO of Investor services. During his 17 years at E*TRADE he held a myriad of leadership positions in Product Development, Sales, Service, Technology, and Operations. Teron began his career at Wells Fargo, where he worked in mortgage underwriting supporting their early digitization efforts.

Teron has a BS in Economics and an MBA from the University of Wyoming. He holds Series 4, 7, 24, 63 and 65 FINRA registrations.

Deb A. Ruick
Head of Merrill Edge Client Services

Deb Ruick leads the Merrill Edge Client Services division which provides 24/7 servicing for Merrill Edge clients, as well as dedicated support for Life Services and Trading. Deb and her team are focused on creating an industry-leading client experience by serving as a primary point of contact for all Merrill Edge clients and assisting with trading, investing and account information needs. Deb also has responsibility for the Merrill Edge talent management, recruiting, diversity and development efforts.

Deb brings more than 25 years of experience in the brokerage industry, having worked at E*TRADE and Fidelity Investments. She has held leadership roles focused on sales, service, customer experience, operations and quality management.

Deb has a BS in Finance from Weber State University. She holds Series 6, 7, 24, 8 and 63 FINRA registrations.

Forrest Skriletz
Head of Merrill Edge Business Planning & Operations

Forrest leads the Merrill Edge Business Planning & Operations team. In this role, Forrest is responsible for Merrill Edge leadership of strategic initiatives, business planning and optimization efforts. Forrest and his team are focused on enhancing operational excellence and driving exceptional performance across functions including onboarding, account maintenance, field support, and client retention.

Forrest began his career at Merrill Lynch in 2001 when he joined the Merrill Lynch as an Investor Services Advisor. He has held a variety of roles including business analyst, project manager and business development manager responsible for client acquisition strategy and program development for the Merrill Edge Advisory Center. Most recently, he led the Merrill Edge Client Management organization.

Forrest holds Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 FINRA registrations.

Tracy Mazzoni
Head of Merrill Edge Client Management

Tracy Mazzoni leads Merrill Edge Client Management (MECM), which is focused on providing guidance and client service while strengthening the partnership with Global Wealth & Investment Management.

She leads the centralized Financial Solutions Advisors (FSAs) who provide advice and guidance to Merrill Edge advised clients across the country though disciplined client outreach and delivery of the Merrill Edge Roadmap goal-planning process. The team provides ongoing client management and works to deepen relationships with referrals from across the enterprise including Bank of America's Consumer Bank, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and Bank of America Institutional Retirement to deliver brokerage solutions to customers across the enterprise.

Prior to joining Merrill Edge, Tracy has held various sales, service and talent development roles during her career within Merrill Lynch Wealth Management including PMD Manager and Sales Manager for the South Atlantic division, Financial Advisor and Registered Client Associate.

In the community, Ms. Mazzoni volunteers her time with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society where she serves as a Movement Ambassador and as a mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.

Ms. Mazzoni graduated from the University of Virginia with degrees in Economics and International Relations.

Matthew Gellene
Matt Gellene is the Head of Financial Center Merrill Edge & National Performance Executive. In this role, he and his leadership team work to ensure that the 2400 Footnote * Merrill Edge Financial Solutions Advisors™ across Bank of America's financial centers are delivering a culture of client care and providing clients the financial solutions to help them manage their banking and investment needs. Matt also serves as the National Sales Performance Executive, leading a team focused on developing and executing a consistent sales and client experience strategy to drive client satisfaction, acquisition, and retention across the financial center channel.

Previously, Matt held sales executive roles at Fleet Financial Group, Bank of America's Premier Banking and Investments team and Banc of America Investment Services, Inc.

Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. He has served as a director on the boards of The Walker School and the Catholic Memorial H.S. Parents Association, and is active in coaching several youth sports teams and volunteers his time with the Cub Scouts of America.
